January 10, 2016

It is clear that 2015 had been my bright year in terms of dressing for I have worn such colors countless times than I can remember. I love how bright colors uplift my mood and make me look warm especially orange and red and how yellow makes me look so young. It’s a feeling I can’t really explain. Sigh!

I loved this dress ever since I set my eyes upon it, I knew I just had to have it. It speaks volumes like ‘get off my shoulder’ for a day when I am in a dark mood. And the price was crazy affordable which definitely gave me that kick to make the purchase. This elegant piece can be worn in so many occasions such as cocktail parties or in not black tie dinners ||I feel like it screams quite so|| and can also be accessorized according to individual preference.

For this look I went for as simple accessorizing as possible, I added a string of pearls to cut down the feeling of emptiness around the neck area. I added pink heels for the ultimate POP || think candy crush…yes?|| and that was it.
What do you think?

I’ve had a quite long holiday now, I think it is time to get on with my work. I have lovely posts coming and so many stories to tell you guys….I am excited!. I also believe that in this year good things will be happening to me.
Just curious, do any of you lovely readers have your New Year resolutions underway or at least listed down?.
Thank you for dropping by the blog, have a lovely day.
